Real Representation for District 89

Decades of neglect end when real representation begins. District 89 deserves:

  • • Lower taxes and fewer hidden fees
  • • Safe streets and communities
  • • Working infrastructure
  • • Fair treatment for workers and students

It's time for change in Albany.

The Issues

End Unfair Taxes & Fees

Working families are being nickel-and-dimed by Albany. It's time to fight back.

  • • End the Yonkers Income Tax
  • • Eliminate predatory parking/traffic fines
  • • End PILOT's & Tax Breaks for Rentals
  • • Regulate Sports Betting to protect families
Restore Public Safety

New York's failed bail reform laws have allowed too many criminals to be released without bail, endangering families and communities.

  • • Fully repeal Bail Reform
  • • Restore judicial discretion
  • • Support 2nd Amendment rights
  • • Repeal the Concealed Carry Improvement Act
Fix Crumbling Infrastructure

Our roads are falling apart and energy costs are out of control.

  • • Remove I-87 Yonkers Toll
  • • Repave and maintain state roads
  • • Reopen Indian Point for affordable energy
  • • End mandatory "opt-in" energy scams
Workers, Schools & Opportunity

Public workers deserve fair treatment and our students deserve better opportunities.

  • • Fix Tier 6 pensions
  • • Repeal or reform the Taylor Law
  • • Close school funding gaps
  • • Expand trade and vocational education

No More BS In Albany.

Brandon has served his community his entire life. As President of the East Yonkers Kiwanis, Chair of the City of Yonkers Youth Advisory Board, and Board Chair for SEIU 704, he knows what it takes to fight for working people. It's time to bring that fight to Albany.
